By using our services, you (“Customer,” “you”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up.
1. Subscription Billing and Payment
- By signing up for Goodboy Bin Cleaning services, you agree to our recurring billing subscription model.
- Your payment method will be billed automatically based on the subscription plan and schedule you select at sign-up.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store or have access to your credit card information.
2. Minimum Service Commitment
- By subscribing to our services, you agree to a minimum number of cleanings as stated in your selected service plan.
- Early cancellations before completing the minimum commitment may be subject to an early termination fee or the balance of remaining cleanings due.
3. Refund Policy
- No refunds will be issued once your card has been charged and your service has been scheduled.
- If you need to reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but availability is not guaranteed.
4. Service Liability
- While we take great care during our cleaning process, Goodboy Bin Cleaning is not liable for any damage to your trash bins that may occur during the cleaning process.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure bins are in good working condition and free from pre-existing damage.
5. Insurance
- JNG Properties, LLC d/b/a Goodboy Bin Cleaning is fully insured. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
6. Access Requirements
- You agree to provide clear and safe access to your trash bins on the scheduled service day. Failure to do so may result in a missed service, which will not be refunded.
- Missed services due to inaccessible bins may be rescheduled at our discretion.
7. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you via email or on our website when changes are made. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of any changes.
